Double nachos with a Double Wide.

Well, we braved the mall today for some last-minute gift shopping. Afterwards, I made some double-layered nachos and enjoyed them with a Boulevard Double Wide IPA. This was one of the first IPAS I ever tried, and remains a classic. The hop level is abundant and overwhelming, with bright citrusy and pine notes, but the malts provide a bit of sweetness. 

After some reading and relaxing, we'll be heading a holiday party for work, and then off to Morgan Street!
