Hey everyone! Just wanted to make a quick post to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to my readers. Even though things in the Saint Louis area have been tense lately, and I’m still not a big fan of the ramifications of the Thanksgiving holiday, it’s always good to be mindful of your many blessings.
Among my blessings this year is, as always, beer! I had a Schlafly TIPA with my breakfast this morning. This incredible IPA has developed a cult following among Saint Louisans and hopheads around the nation. It’s incredibly balanced, with some beautiful floral notes. The bitterness, however, isn’t overwhelming.
I have a lot to be thankful for this year, but here’s the highlight reel: My beautiful Sydney, my amazing KMNR family, and the many wonders of the Saint Louis Public Library. I’ve got so many books to read over the next couple of weeks!
